Who we are & What we do
Vitafakta Health Clinic is now headed by Dr. Pernille Knudtzon, MD. It was founded back in the 1970’s in Denmark by Inger Marie Haut and Poul Holm, who were both pioneers in Health, constantly searching for New Pathways to Health, Vitality and Wellbeing. Inger Marie did a Master of Science in Nutrition from Donsbach University, California in the early 1980’s and both were profoundly educated in Acupuncture, Homeopathy, Iridology and Chinese Medicine. They tirelessly researched healthy living and wellness.
They travelled and studied in the United States, China, Austria, Germany, Taiwan, Italy, South Africa, Mexico with several clinics and doctors, given a broad holistic knowledge from competent health professionals working on the cutting edge of Health and Preventive Medicine. All 3 of us travelled to Sri Lanka and learned a lot of interesting facts about herbs and acupuncture. In the U.S., we trained with Dr. Robert Young at the pH Miracle Center. We did the New Biology and trained in “Live and Dry Blood” – microscopy and learned about the essential acid-base balance.
Thanks to the always active and health and truth-seeking enthusiastic Inger Marie, we have many fine approaches, tools, devices and techniques to prevent and focus on health and agility. I am deeply grateful for all the learning passed on by my mentors and will, with humble respect, lead Vitafakta Health Clinic and our joint work into the future.
